Hi,

KDC-X998 unit no longer plays from either the front or back USB inputs. It has been working for 2 years & all of a sudden it has no sound. Using a iPod Nano. I used a different cable for the front USB input, but no sound. The radio & iPod see each other when I make the connection & the Kenwood interface seems to be working fine, just have no sound. Not sure what to do next. I have another iPod, so maybe that is the next step. I was wanting to reset/reboot the Kenwood & try that, but beyong powering off & back on don't know how. Can't get to power connector right now. Any insight will be appreciated.

Please help.
