Hi,
I got to say that I was dissapointed when my new comp. arrived, and it would not turn on, but the customer service was great in the fast response to show me how to jump start it. I called to see if maybe they had mailed the replacement top that they were going to send me,and was told that because they had a large number of parts that they had to send out because of shipment damage?
Please help.
I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
